Privacy, Data Retention & FAQ
Everything you need to know about our data policies, automated storage limits, daily backups, and the 30-day S3/R2 trash recovery system.
Quick Navigation
30-Day Trash & Data Retention
To protect against accidental termination or server data loss, we enforce a strict 30-day grace period for all deleted hosting accounts and email accounts.
How Trash Isolation Works:
- Isolation: When you delete a hosting account or email domain, its active services are stopped, and your files, configurations, and database backups are moved to an isolated cloud-based backup trash repository.
- Grace Period: Your data remains fully intact in the trash for 30 calendar days. During this period, administrators can recover it on request.
- Permanent Purge: After 30 days, the storage is permanently swept, and all files related to the deleted hosting account are completely removed. This purge is irreversible.
Storage Warning Thresholds
Our storage monitoring system evaluates your hosting usage (web files, database sizes, and mailboxes) every 15 to 30 minutes. The system automatically triggers the following warnings to help you avoid service outages:
Early Warning Alert
An email notification is dispatched detailing your disk usage. We advise you to clean up temp files or plan for a resource upgrade.
Important Warning Alert
A second email notification is dispatched. We remind you that your hosting is approaching full utilization and will face suspension at 100%.
Critical Warning Alert
A critical alert email is sent out. Immediate action is needed to delete files or expand storage allocations to prevent hosting lockup.
Final Warning Alert (12-Hour Cycle)
A final, urgent notification is sent every 12 hours until the space is cleared. Auto-suspension is now imminent.
100% Auto-Suspension Policy
When a hosting plan crosses 100% of its designated storage limit, the system initiates an automated security block to prevent server disk overflow and file system database corruption.
Account Lock Status
- Access Blocked: Application services are temporarily disabled, stopping further modifications or uploads to the site.
- Suspension Notice: Visitors attempting to load the website will see a standard Account Suspended notice.
- Activation Requirements: Your hosting will remain locked and cannot be unsuspended or restarted until the storage quota is upgraded.
Hosting Types & Resource Isolation
We offer three distinct hosting products, each with a different level of isolation and resource allocation. Understanding how resources are shared (or not) helps you choose the right plan.
Each Managed VPS runs inside its own dedicated hosting environment with guaranteed CPU cores and RAM. No other customer can access your hosting or consume your resources. We fully manage the server environment — including OS updates, security patches, PHP configuration, and daily backups — so you can focus on your application.
On shared hosting, multiple customer accounts are housed within a single hosting environment. Resources such as CPU and RAM are shared across all tenants in that environment. Each account has its own isolated storage, databases, and email — but processing power is pooled. This makes shared hosting the most affordable option, ideal for small websites and blogs that don't require dedicated compute.
Like Managed VPS, each Unmanaged VPS is a completely isolated hosting environment with dedicated CPU and RAM that no other customer can access. The key difference is that you receive raw terminal (SSH) access to a clean environment and full root control. You are responsible for installing your own stack, configuring security, and managing updates — giving experienced developers and sysadmins total flexibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
My site was auto-suspended. How do I get write access back?
To restore access, contact our support team or request a storage quota upgrade from the billing portal. As soon as the administrator updates your hosting limit, the write lock is automatically cleared, allowing you to unsuspend and launch your site immediately.
Can I recover accidentally deleted databases?
Yes. If you accidentally delete your hosting account or mail configuration, all databases and configuration data are retained in our Cloudflare R2 backup vault for 30 days. Administrators can quickly restore them on request.
How is disk usage calculated?
Your total storage usage is calculated by summing:
1. All application files, code, and uploaded media.
2. All active database data and indexes.
3. Mailbox storage, including email messages and attachments across all your active domains.
General Privacy Policy
We value the confidentiality of your hosting directories and database contents.
Hosting Isolation: Every Managed and Unmanaged VPS runs in a fully isolated hosting environment. No other customer can see or access your files, processes, or network interfaces. Shared hosting accounts are isolated at the filesystem and database level, though CPU and RAM are pooled within the same hosting environment.
Encryption: All database credentials and sensitive configurations are stored using secure industry-standard encryption, meaning passwords and critical connection keys are never readable in plain text.
Third-Party Access: We do not share, sell, or monitor your files, mailboxes, or application logs with external parties. All backup transfers are encrypted during transit.
Access Control: Server access is strictly limited and monitored, and all system communications are secured with cryptographic authentication. Unmanaged VPS customers receive SSH access to their own hosting environment only — never to other accounts or the host system.
